I am writing you specifically, as I wrote a letter about a year go to the FREEZE IT general address and never received a response nor even an acknowledgement that it was received. It is not normal for me to write to a company about their products, but I thought I would do so in this instance.
My husband was recommended to use FREEZE IT, by two surgeons at the world renowned Cleveland clinic health center. You see my husband plays competitive co-ed and men’s softball at 52 yrs. Old and has suffered from back aches to muscle pulls and some arthritis.
His softball career has now gone on through 29 seasons. In 2010 he was diagnosed with a tear in his right rotator cuff in July and a ruptured disk in his neck in September. Spinal fusion was performed on his neck October 5th, where the disk was removed and replaced with a bone. Additionally , he had surgery performed on his right shoulder December 6th. When the surgeon went to repair his rotator cuff, it was noted that he had two tears in his right rotator cuff, two large areas of arthritis deposits, a torn labrum, a bone spur, and a torn bicep, along with a large area of inflamed tissue, which were all resolve with a n arthroscopy. He has just begun physical therapy on his shoulder in hopes of playing ball again in summer of 2012. For your reference, I have enclosed a sheet documenting my husband’s rather vast softball career.
We have used a lot of your product for his softball ailments, both temporary and permanent. The key is that it truly helps relieve pain. With regards to 2011, we used your product quite liberally to keep him playing through the season. Although your product is no alternative for surgery, it was a great stop gap, until he played through the summer season. Please note, that I have recommended both of the previously mentioned product, to quite a few ladies I work with.
We have tried over the counter remedies in the past five years, such as: Aspercream, Castiva, Arnica, Blue Emu, Precise and Blue Goo, along with local drug store brand formulas. However we have found the best results by using FREEZE IT. Additionally, I like the fact that they do not have a bad medicine or hospital smell, as some products do.

Finally a product that measures up to word
This product is truely the only OTC product that works on my pain. I have to go to pain management however when i am sore this is the product I use. I even use this product on my 13 year old daughter who in gymnastics and she is sore often we just give her a quick spray and rub it in(not that you have to works great even without rubbing in) and within seconds she feels relief. I have never written in about any product before however with the 3 years that I have been in pain I have finally found something that truely works. Before my first surgery it took 6 mths before I could see a Dr for my herniated disk due to work comp red tape and this is the only product that I used that gave me any kind of relief.And I tried them all. I would love to be a spokesperson for this product. I would even sell this product this is how much I believe and know that this product really works!!! I am writing to you because I hav ore had 2 back surgeries and still currently have a trapped nerve in my lower back. I also have RSD. This is the only over the counter product that help with my continued back pain. I have used this product on friends who have sore muscles ect..I could be a spokesperson for this product that how much I enjoy this product. i keep three bottles in my home. One for upstairs one for downstairs and I carry one with me when necessary. I am currently disabled due to RSD and don't have a income due to issues with work comp. I am a 58 year old avid tennis player. Yesterday, I played for about 2 ½ hours and toward the end of my session pulled something in my right foot near the heal. I woke up this morning and was having trouble walking so I thought I would try something. I tried Freeze It roll on around the whole area and continued working on my computer. About 15 mins later I got up and realized that the pain was just about gone and I was able to walk without any problem!

I have tried countless products over the years to help the pain caused by my osteoarthritis when I found FREEZE IT at my local Kroger. After just one use, I was sold on this product! It helped better than anything I had ever tried and as a benefit, the initial odor went totally away in a very short time making it possible to wear in public without others being aware PLUS lasted for hours. I was elated to say the least. At the time I was having to go to Physical Therapy for another problem and asked the therapist what she recommended, and she told me that FREEZE IT was the ONLY product she would recommend!
I bought it on a regular basis from my Kroger's and assumed that it would continue to be available. One week I was in the pharmacy department and noticed that under the FREEZE IT cream and spray there was a tag stating it was on close out. I asked the pharmacist why they were discontinuing this product; he just stated that his orders came from the main offices. Discouraged did not cover my feelings well enough at that time. I bought what was left, and had others go to their Kroger's and buy what they could so I could stock up. After a time I had run out and hoping that the company had not closed, I looked at other stores such as Wal-Mart, Walgreens and CVS hoping to find FREEZE IT to no avail. During this last month I had occasion to go out of state to visit a relative, and even took the time to look and call several of their pharmacies in their immediate area to see if they carried the item, however they didn't. Not one to give up, I searched FREEZE IT GEL on the web and found a toll free number to call about the product. I called the number and spoke with a very nice gentleman named David who explained that in April that FREEZE IT gel and spray would be returning to stores countrywide. In this day and age where pain relieving products are always telling the public that their product will do the job, I will tell you without any reservation that FREEZE IT gel and spray DOES help pain caused, in my case from osteoarthritis, does not have a lasting odor and works EXTREMELY well. The cost is quite reasonable, and the product does exactly as it states. I found it by accident; I went to a festival several years ago, and a table was set up with samples of a product called Biofreeze. I tried one of the samples while standing there and was surprised at how it actually helped. I continued to use what samples I had picked up until they were gone and was crushed when I could not find that item at any store. Looking at the ingredients of products that claim to help with pain for arthritis, I noticed that FREEZE IT stated on their product they had the same ingredients that the Biofreeze had it in, and subsequently purchased FREEZE IT in gel form to try. It WORKED! I am certainly looking forward to it being back in stores shortly for purchase. I understand that you can learn more about it by going to www.freezeitgel.com. I, for one am quite grateful that I found this product, and very glad that I din't give up. Thankfully, today I located the toll free number that put me in contact with David who informed me that the product is very much alive and shortly will be available nationwide once again.

I have suffered with charlie horses in my legs for years. I had to get up in
the middle of the night and walk around to try and get rid of them.
Then, my husband bought some FREEZE IT GEL in the roll on bottle.
One night I was having terrible cramps in my leg muscles and I rolled

Last Month we took a cruise with some friends from Portland, Bruce has had a sore back he told me for over a year. I have been using Freeze It off and on for years due to back pain from an old line of duty injury I sustained in 2003. I recently ruptured a disk in my lower back in another line of duty injury and have been needing to use Freeze It several times a day to help with the pain. However, we have run through the three bottles we had in the house and are now out.
We have searched high and low and no one in Las Vegas seems to carry the product. It is the only thing that works vs. Ben Gay and all the other products out there that claim to work.
Pharmacies have been unhelpful and generally unwilling to order the product. We found one seller through Amazon, but he seems to be a flake. It has been over a week and no sign of the product.
I need to get this product and it seems a lot of others do too from reading your Testimonials page. My stay at home wife and I have been thinking of starting an online home based business and this seems like a product that is in dire need by a certain segment of the population. I would certainly be interested in retailing this product online if we decided to get into the online retail business.

in either store. I went on line to the FREEZE IT site. It said call your Pharmacist so I tried Walmart
pharmacy and they ordered the product for me. They no longer have it on the shelf.

The physical therapist at Hughston Clinic in Columbus, Georgia, (Top 10 in the country for orthopedics) recommended the FREEZE IT to me in lieu of the higher priced Bio Freeze. I could not find the FREEZE IT in the stores but I did find the Max Freeze which is made by Sims which also has their name on FREEZE IT on the web. When I tried to find out if they were the same product I discovered they were not. I called Expedite Products that does make Freeze It and they took care of me. They offered to ship the FREEZE IT to me but I had found that our Publix and Winn Dixie carries the product. Upon further conversion I found out they are making a new product called FREEZE IT XTREME which has more of the active ingredients than FREEZE IT. I did order the FREEZE IT XTREME and Expedite Products were willing to help me in any way possible and did help me tremendously.

Dear Mr. David Beede,
I am a customer in Winter Haven, Florida looking to purchase the
Freeze It Spray. In the past I was able to purchase your product at the
local CVS until recently. I have nurothopathy in my right shoulder from surgery gone
wrong and despite all the prescription medication Freeze It offered a quick temporary
relief until I could get home to take the prescriped medications that cause drowsiness.
The pain is so unbearable at times the roll on application hurts. This way after trying all
the other brands on limited income your product not only worked but was reasonable.
Now the product is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!

I just want to say that I am from Nebraska, and I was using FREEZE IT Advance Therapy Gel for arthristis and muscle problems with great relief. I was very disappointed one day when I went to my local Walgreens Pharmacy and the Walmart store and was no longer able to purchase the FREEZE IT Gel. They had replaced the product with Max-Freeze, which does not work for me. I talked with Mr. Beede and he suggested I contact my local pharmacies at Walgreens and Walmart to see if theywould order the FREEZE IT Gel for me. Mr. Beede had supplied me with the name and order number to use. Both pharmacies would not assist me in obtaining this item. I am very grateful that Mr. Beede was able to help me out with my order. I am looking forward to receiving the FREEZED IT Gel so I can get major relieft from my aches and pains.

Just diagnosed with Fibromialgia in November 2010. I just wanted to tell you that this spray is way better then Icy Hot, Ben Gay. I had bone spurs removed in my left shoulder and this is the only thing that I found that reliefs my pain.

David, I enjoyed our conversation today and I look forward to receiving my next order of the Freeze It product. My story is certainly similar to those of your other users. I have been suffering from chronic pain for years. Ten years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and have had to live with the pain ever since. As you may know western medicine is so concerned with addiction to pain killers that they are afraid to prescribe their patients the medication necessary to properly control pain. I became a regular user of over the counter products like Aleve and topical ointments like Muscle Rub and Stopain. They never really solved my problem, just made it liveable.
In 2001 I blew out my sciatic nerve which increased my level of pain. I felt it couldn’t get any worse. In 2005 I had spinal surgery and found that indeed my pain increased. While working in Denver CO three years ago I chanced upon Freeze It in a grocery store. I tried it and found relief like I never experienced before. My only problem was finding it locally when I returned home. While searching the internet I came upon a source. I decided rather than hunting at local retailers I would order case lots, direct.

I have been using your roll on product for many months. Next to my medication, it is the very best thing for my pain. The amount of menthol and camphor are just right - I really love it. I am in constant pain and this little roll on makes a difference for me. I can take with me when I am out and as the pain increases, I can use Freeze It and keep going. Without it, I am forced to take more drugs, which means I am a zombie and definitely not out in the world.
Suddenly however, the store I purchased it from stopped carrying it. When I asked about it, I was told they had no control over what they get in the way of product. I asked them to ask, and was told they really cannot. It is a store called Grocery Outlet based in Berkeley, California. Because of the response, I went back several times. They continue to only have the gel, which is nice, but not as good for me. I went to three different stores and called three others. No one has it and no one was able to tell me why or if it would be in again. I found your website and before I started to write this note, I went to the web site of each of your distributors. It is clear that a single individual can order a product directly. I also looked for it online and I have to tell you that it is way more money than what the store was charging. I can also tell you that I could not find at either CVS, Wal-Mart or Rite Aid. Can you tell me where I can find your roll on Freeze it in the Davis/Sacramento, CA area? And if so, at what cost? Or, can you sell it to me directly? I would be happy to buy it by the case, possibly several at a time depending on the size of the case. Believe me, I am actually desperate to find it. I had to buy MaxFreeze (I have since read about what they did and I will never buy it again) at a much greater cost. It also is not as effective.

Thank you for sending me the extra samples, It will enable me to help more patients become interested in your product. I have used this product for about five weeks now. I can honestly say this is one of the best products that I have ever used. I use it on my knee to help with pain caused by an old sporting injury. I also work long days on my feet,m when I get home I apply a little Freeze-It and the pain is gone. I am recommending it my patients that have chronic back pain, arthritis and also gout.

My husband has used numerous gels,ibuprofen,patches.
Once he sprayed it on he felt the difference than other products.
So he continues with Freezeit spray only.
Our pharmacy stopped selling freezeit.
We were told to go online and would find it.

My wife and I have shopped at your Wegmans store in Jamestown since you opened.I do not have enough praise for your customer service and selection of product, your Wegmans store is great!
A few years ago, we were hit by a tow truck at 70 miles per hour while on vacation. We had a half million dollars of medical expenses as a family.
I have been buying a product from local drug store, the products name is Freeze it, a topical analgesic that relieves pain available over the counter. One day the product disappeared off the shelf, a replacement product there claimed it was the same, it was not. That new provider had intentionally mislead distributors as to the replacement when in fact the original freeze it was still made. A federal court action stopped the fraud of the replacement product but left stores shelfs in this area empty.
I finally called the manufactuer, and Spoke with Dave Beede who explained the above and let me buy some temporarily. I need a local source for this product. Our arthritus is really bad, we are treated by local orthopedic surgeons but our need is constant, we go thru 5 - 6 tubes per month.
Will you please consider stocking the above and talk to Mr. Beede about details? I already spent 600 dollars a moth in your store and would be very thankful of your cooperation.

I do love your product. It's the best for non-invasive relief of the aches and pains that come with too much gardening, too much exercise and too many grandkids.
But I have another favorite use - chigger and mosquito bites! These little pests just love me. I've tried everything but nothing seems to kick the itch or last very long.
Several months ago after a trip through weeds, I rubbed on some Freeze It out of desperation. Voile! It worked. Once or twice a day for a couple days and they seem to disappear.
Obviously not your intention - but it works for me!

Recently, CVS had MAX FREEZE on the shelf and told me it was the same thing. I bought some.
It is not the same thing. My wrists still hurt after using MAX FREEZE

I first purchased this in my local Rite Aid on Fitzgerald Drive Middletown, NY 10940. Freeze It is wonderful! I called there today to pick up some more and I was advised the company went out of business. Before I purchased another product I decided to do some research of my own on the web and found that you are still in fact in business. I am so happy you are still making this product!!!!

I purchased your product a month or so ago (6oz. continuous spray Freeze it).....I love it and it has worked wonders for quite a period of time each day.....I have used Bio freeze for many, many years and can no longer find it in our local stores....Now, that I've found this item, I have tried to find it at Walmart, Krogers and Walgreens to no avail...... They did not have any more, nor did they have anymore of the 6 oz. This is so convient to use and I do not have to get your hands messy.

Our Wal-mart an CVS in Apple Valley, Ca. no longer carry the freeze it product. They say it has been discontinued. I use it daily for my shoulder and my wife likes the roll on for her TMJ and fibro.
